As a software developer, AI isn't ready yet to replace any but the lowest skill programmers. Used judiciously it can act as a better search engine and increase productivity but if you don't know enough to supervise it properly it will create bugs, security vulnerabilities, and difficult to maintain code.
If you're the boss it sounds great to be able to produce the software in 1/10th of the time but very few cases are simplistic enough that you could stay in business releasing that software to the public.
