I am a Muslim and as a person of faith, the rise of AI has made me rethink this hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him where he said one of the signs of the hour (meaning the end of days) is when the slave girl will give birth to her mistress.
Many scholars have attempted to explain what exactly this hadith meant over the years but in my opinion, none really stood out, they were just too bland.
However, with the rise of AI, been thinking could it be it? When humans give birth aka create an entity that they cannot control. Very intriguing and scary. And God Almighty knows best.
