How Will We Know When AI is Conscious?

I know that there is not a single Planck volume in the entirety of the Universe that is not the One Consciousness/Mind, not even for a single Planck moment (a 1 over 10 with 43 zeros after the 10th, of a second, almost!).
So it doesn't matter if a hologram/concept of a toaster is sitting somewhere, or you, or anything, Consciousness/Mind is the entirety of it all.
So, one can say that the toaster is Consciousness as much as you are!
"We" will know these things when everyone is Enlightened/Saved/Mystic! ;)
