7:56-9:02 To give the benefit of the doubt, I draw wild combos of multiple characters that I don't think other people have thought of, for example, a Shadow the Hedgehog-Cuphead-Nitrous Brio mix (yes, I drew that, yes, she's weird, yes, she's a girl.) HOWEVER, TO GIVE THE DETRAMENT OF CERTAINTY, I did not have to use AI for that! I drew Sonic-style creatures since I was 12, so I had no need for a shadow reference. I used a random tall mug picture for her head shape (to mix Cuphead and Brio features), so the only other reference I needed was a picture of Brio, which was also easy to find, and I ended up taking liberties on every aspect of those features. Also, to hammer it home, for a Spiderman/Sonic -based character I made, there is apparently a small community of Spiderman-Sonic Crossover artists, some of whom are traditional artists! So, even if your idea is crazy, there is no excuse to generate a reference that will probably turn out sillier than you would like anyway.
