Good video! It is nice that you are taking the time to point out where it manifests concretely in the present world. Many other discussions on the subject revolve around automatic guilt. This video seems to start with a different approach and hopefully will appeal to a wider audience, not simply preaching to the choir. The counter-bias briefly mentioned at the end is what worries me. It should be part of the solution but we have to be careful. First, is it being done at all or just talked about when the public is listening? And most importantly to me, are we careful with which framework is used to design this counter bias? Some are worried that letting people think for themselves is amplifying racism. Others think that we are made blind to other and future kinds of diversities when we don't let people bring their own analysis and solutions, even if they can be contradictory.
