Honestly the biggest problem about this is not chat giving the “wrong answers” but rather the person asking not being specific enough. Chat is a LLM with all the information of the internet after all, if you want a specific answer then you gotta be specific or it’s going to give you another answer that isn’t what you want.
Like if you want to ask about something like this, you should specify it that it’s about your diet and you’re going to consume it.
