I'd be ok with ai art if it took more time to render, like old ray tracing. I remember my computer being hijacked for over 24hrs for an awful boolean crafting in vue d'esprit 2 with poser models imported. Then still having to go in afterwards and touch things up in 2d (before I even had a tablet... mouse drawing).
