No. It may help a consumer with customer service by contacting them on the consumers behalf. (Especially for those with a speach or language barrier) but customer service agents still do more than AI can do. AI can assist the agent with finding information by improving lookups, but that's it.
It will be another few generations before AI can be a useful customer service agent.
