I used to mess around with AI art as I thought it was fun and interesting to experiment with, but it is kind of soul crushing seeing how many people and companies are trying to use AI art as a substitute for real art made by humans
It's depressing and dystopian, really is extremely frustrating. Corporations want to take our creativity from us, not just our money. I believe AI generated imagery can potentially be a valuable tool, but not a replacement. And it hurts to see so many companies pivoting to replacement considering it is cheaper than hiring artists
