It will become the responsibility of those companies to RETRAIN the people they replace. If they don't, the company itself will starve. Sixty percent of the public can not carry the other 40%. If they end up on unemployment, it will break the economy. So start thinking fast about what you're retraining people in. You can't automate to sell what people will not be able to buy.
