I don't have an EV or any stake in Tesla, or care about autopilot/autonomous driving. If the car reminded the driver 19 times to increase his attention span and put his hands on the steering wheel, this crash shouldn't be used as the sob story to move the claims of your news story along. If Tesla is falsely advertising something, then that is worth covering, and the government can take legal or regulatory action on those things.
