The point is that even if Ai falls short in comparison to real artists of all kinds right now, we have to accept that eventually it is very likely to become indistinguishable from the real deal, this isn't a good thing but it's the reality we have to live with. Saying "oh but people can tell there's soul in real art and in Ai there isn't" well eventually people won't be and there will be so much covert Ai stuff that is indistinguishable from non Ai that only people who actively seek the non Ai stuff will bother anymore, that's the direction I see things heading, doesn't mean am happy about it tho lol
