well i dont think losing culture, (reducing it to one), having only one language (english) and common global goles ( progress of the human species, base existence securing of every individual, sustainable economy / lifestyle, etc) is a loss. we will eventually have to solve all discrepancies anyway, if we wanna live on this little rock together. its like having only one guy lead a country instead of 10. its risky, but efficient. if that one guy is good, we good. if that one guy is bad, we fucked. but at least that one guy doesent discuss 10 years about what to do and in the end settles for "not really anything" as a compromis of everyone. if there are limited resources, you cant gain without taking. if there is only one resource, we need to share or unify. sharing isnt our thing (to greedy) so we should unify until humans finally get that we are the same fucking species and should have common interests / goals. and i think AI could do that.
