While his message aligns with ethical AI development and creator rights, he’s also advocating for a model from which he and his organizations directly benefit. This doesn’t necessarily invalidate his argument, but it does mean viewers should weigh his statements knowing he has a stake in the outcome.
And outcome also does not change for general public. If copyright win in court it will be copyright hoarders that will win the day. Adobe already offers models trained on legal data.
