Yeah? Than, where are the JOBS at? Nothing like 389 LinkedIn views, 400 applications, only to get one "AI" chatbot interview that decides i don't have 5 years experience in a piece of software that's only EXISTED for 3, thus deciding not to forward the chat to a HUMAN hiring manager.
Seeing lots of H1-B folks coming in at half the salery and no health insurance. Is that where the increase is coming from?
(Nothing against H1-B, the world is wide and everyone has to look out for themselves where and when they can. Just MIFFED that our current market is so heavily discouraging on hiring US born talent)
