hypothetically, *if* ai takes 'all the jobs', have fun renegotiating your worker 'salaries' every year.
Imagine ALL your workers in the same union, but that union is actually a rapacious corporation that's bigger than you. Also keep in mind that people will lose intrest in acquiring the skills needed for your job so you'll totally depend on a bigger corporation for your workforce with almost no alternatives except training people. Plus you'll have to trust their AI's output isn't being manipulated by that coporation to your detriment, your trade secrets not get stolen ...
