Does AI have a place in the world? Probably, somewhere. Just not in the art/creative world and not in most professional spaces
As it stands, I think the only AI that has found it's place in the world are the fictional ones. But we also have a lot of fictional examples of what COULD happen if we do not use our technology in a positive manner. Generative AI is not finding its place in the world because there is no place for it, the sooner it dies out the better. Maybe we will one day find a place for AI but that's not something I'm willing to put my money on anytime soon.
