1:28:06 I must say that I agree with that, however, there's one important point they forgot to think about through this whole discussion about consciousness. And that is time perception.
I would still rather say that an AI is not conscious, yet, and what distinguishes it from us humans, is that we perceive time through a continuous input of different types of data. Or perhaps you could say, different "dimensions" of data. That's what we call our senses. AI doesn't have that ability. It doesn't perceive time (nor space consequently).
