23:33 - sorry, but these characters look very "neural" to me. I have no clue about their personalities or context, but judging by the pictures alone it doesn't look like something a carefully tweaked AI would be unable to generate. You just have to conceptualize them first and have enough knowledge to tell the AI what you want.
