IMHO Giving AI to people that are / want to be in power is generally a bad idea. They' just use it to enforce/consolidate their power instead of using it for purposes that would make everyone benefit. Feels like making a toddler drive a fully armoured tank. People in power generally do not understand enginieering and under/overestimate the consequences of their decisions. And these people in power generally dont care about the consequences as long as it does not involve themselves.
