It was already a natural progression. They had already shipped out most customer service jobs out of America into India. Now they're just going to ax the human part of it just run everything on AI. It's funny to me that we had a whole series of movies that told us why artificial intelligence was a bad idea for humanity and if just feels like everyone just standing by and letting it happen.
