A lot of media have made a big deal out of that wavering steering wheel. But it really looks like the AI is momentarily indecisive, realizes that's not the correct place to turn, spots the correct turn lane ahead, notes that there is no oncoming traffic and it has a clear path, then rather than changing to the right lane then back into the left lane, simply decides to go straight ahead into the next left turn lane. I can see myself doing that. I can hear my wife screaming at me while I do it.
