The thing about an artist not giving the robot permission to learn from the art, is that it still mirror the argument about humans being allowed to learn from seeing the art. If a human saw something, that's it, they can't unlearn it. If an artist doesn't want someone to learn from their work, don't show it off to being with. They didn't need to use the internet to make it visible to the whole world at once, and could have used other methods to pick a select audience.
