I have never had a positive experience with a companies Customer Chat Bot....EVER! They are useless. I could write a book on ChatGPT. I was doing research on graphics cards. It constantly replaced 1 gpu with another in analysis. Even when corrected by typing it in, it would repeat what it had just said. I have zero trust in AI other than a tool to point you to the proper information sources.
