I have to say that I mostly disagree with the arguments in this video except the greed argument but that's more a discussion about capitalism in general. But arguments like "the watermark issue" I can't agree with. Humans learn from other humans that it might make sense to watermark your image. The AI sees this in a lot of images and what it learns is that there often is some form of writing which it tries to copy. This results in scrambled text as the AI doesn't know what a watermark is or how to write but places something there that resembles it in some way.
This breaks down to the same argument as in the last video. There is nothing original and all artists have seen watermarks before. Yes this might be learned from copyrighted images but it's not copying and selling them it's learning from them just as humans do. If someone understands the background on how this works you can't argue that it's simply copying something from another artist.
