Raw LLM Responses

As an artist I love AI art. And I am trying to learn it / master it as fast as possible. AI art is here to stay, but it isn't as simple as hamfisting our way through prompts. So, like any other skill and tool, AI artists will be able to stand out (and make money, and develop followings) from randos with a keyboard. Just like in photography and film. And there are a ton of potential emergent fields for it too, just like with VR, that artists can make money off of. For example, training those initial models / products on real people requires photography, industry-specific tools (really top end video cards), and a good bit of tech skills. Creating client-specific images, after the initial 'oh just type it in AI' is going to need a lot more training then 'show me a cat', including understanding photography, art history, technical skills, and composition skills, to stand out from everyone else's art. Not to mention that copyright law already requires significant changes to the AI-generated photo before an image can receive copyright. And so on. As for fake photos of people and such.. meh, we've been photoshopping realistic photos of people for decades now. Panicking about it now is.. sorry, just kinda silly. That genie has been out of the bottle for a looooooong time. Its like the people who panicked over Google Glass (oh no! someone might be secretly filming me with their glasses!) while ignoring the hundreds of phone cameras being casually pointed their way all day long. And yea, I'm pretty sure we're going to start seeing new stock-photo sites created just for AI art. Because the sites currently being 'pirated' are also getting an influx of AI art. And if you've ever taken a photo of a photo of a photo.. you know what's gonna happen with any systems that rely on those long-term. Any 'good' AI system will need dedicated hosting sites that promise to only have original photos for them to train on.
