this weekend my younger cousins (late teens/early twenties) were talking like the tiktoks are because they thought they were funny and i had never heard of it because im more offline now.
i immediately said “sounds like slurs” to them because of the harsh sounds in the words. but i knew it was robots and i dont like the AI takeover and all the “smart” devices so i couldn’t place why i didn’t feel right about it.
