I will what is the real problem. Lot of CEOS and business managers have NEVER DONE the job they think is easy to automate. They themseles think they do complex things: while infact lot of people working solve ad hoc problem all a time. Why they dont get it, is because they have NEVER WORKED on on those lower positions. So they think the actual work people do is pretty simple. Infact it is, but lot of things like context and emperical knolwedge people have actually make those processses work. They actually involve more implicits and context dependant know-how than people who have not them kbow. AI has no experience of real life and poorly understands the context.
