Yea this basement dweller is biased beyond belief. He wants an AI girlfriend so bad it hurts. That aside, the AI didn't make a joke. It gave the best answer it has in it's arsenal of accumulated data as answer. It mistakenly categorized Jedi as a real religion I'm guessing and when asked that question with no answer regarding Israel's religion the AI defaulted to a religion it assumed had meaning at a higher order of magnitude and was not confined to a region. This is actually a very logical approach by the AI, it's not humor tho, at all. In case someone didn't follow my point what I'm saying is imagine If I believed the world's religion is Jedi, and I also knew all the various popular religions in a region but one doesn't have a popular religion. It is only logical to answer with the next best choice which is what you think the world's religion is. Also the Turing test is not even accepted as something that does what it claims to do. Yes allot of ppl think it can be used to discern sentience from AI, but there is no evidence this is the case. It's pure conjecture. So it makes sense Google doesn't want to run a Turing test that so many ppl put false expectations onto. Passing or failing the Turing test doesn't in the end settle anything
