59:08 Doe that mean that the Neural Networks are more prone to creating new connections or relationships of information then they are at modifying existing ones, e.g. the system learnt to give wrong answers as that is a new piece of information (its ok to give wrong answers), rather than modifying its existing connections for how to perform arithmetic. Maybe this is function is just because the volume of changes of weights to give the wrong answer is much less than the volume of changes of weights to alter how arithmetic works?
