This is a horrible cope. People thought the same when digital art got started. AI art requires understanding and knowledge to generate what you want to generate. And the results are variable. Believe it or not. If you want quality stuff you gotta spend a whole lot of time learning how to use AI stuff. Try and learn Stable Diffusion. I'm one year in and I still don't understand what a lot of settings do. With art you get what you exactly want as long as you honed your skill. However it takes time to learn as well and it takes time to hone that skill. And talent as well. For people who don't have the ability for complex visualization to paper then AI is another way to achieve similar things. Elitism is not good. All art has its place. Learn to understand the pros and cons of everything and you won't have to be bothered by new innovations when it comes out.
