Nice "AI Overlord" fear mongering. I do agree that AI weapons and AI in general is dangerous and should be regulated, but NO AI THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO DO SO WOULD EVER GAIN SAPIENCE AND ENSLAVE HUMANITY.
