AI is good for sorting out spam, for leading people with complaints and problems to the correct spot within the company (but only if the company actually employs people who will solve the problem and who are paid fairly) and for playing around with concepts to INSPIRE (not create) transformative works. I use stuff like this all the time to inspire art or get ideas for writing DnD campaigns. They are not replacements for knowledge or training. If you let it write an essay you will fail, not because you used the bot but because the bot is not able to actually connect things and just makes crap up. AI is not ACTUALLY artificial "Intelligence". It's a program that is trained at being good at guessing. In many cases it works, like with completing queries in search engines but when it comes to actual intelligence there is none.
