Slack and Monday only employ about 3000 each, so despite high valuation its not a large number of people. While the use of AI can enable many to do what they need and develop their own solutions to do what they need to start and build and run their own small businesses. Maybe this is good, maybe it isn't. I don't know. But reducing the costs of business is usually good for business and the economy, and for employment.
Lots of bad possibilities. But maybe not this.
