It's one thing to have facial recognition on the original higher resolution ID or drivers license picture and it is another thing to scan someone's ID with crap resolution in black and white and say we got a match! This is a joke and terrible excuse for incompetent police work and as long as they have a black person to make up for it they write it off as a good job. I hope he wins his lawsuit!
