I think it's really a good point that these kinds of tools are just that- tools- they are not replacement for minds or people, but they can assist. My main frustration is the part where I find myself playing glorified tedious checker for the LLM. It makes mistakes where a human person would not, and can be inconsistent. So in the end, I will only really use it for basic stuff like checking differences or similarities between documents, or for initial brainstorming on topics I'm not familiar with so I can go do my own research. Other than that, it hasn't really helped me all that much, and I absolutely despise how much it hallucinates while ordering sentences in the most confident manner possible.
