I Suggest they put it into law that the AI cannot work with prompts that specify a living Artist’s style or use a Person’s name in it’s prompts. For example the AI must reject prompt like "Draw a cute girl in the style of Sam does Art" or “Make a painting of a princess in the style of WLOP" … etc. This would protect us from unjustly use or integrating Artworks done by the artist.
AI is allowed to follow prompts that doesn’t bother present working artists. But they’re allowed to mimic old classical stuff or non person specific artworks like "Please draw a cute girl in the Impressionist or 80’s Anime style" or “Make a painting of a princess in the style of Caravaggio." It think such a thing is good compromise.🤔🤔🤔
