It's not always exciting to be an artist - you'll have more control over the final outcome, provided you understand how to draw the thing you're drawing. But the task could still be boring. And AI doesn't get bored, or exhausted by refactoring the same image 1000 times, which would definitely exhaust the human effort.
Even so - a human referring to themselves as an AI Artist - that's definitely on the pretentious side of things, since it's an extremely low effort kind of trial and error.
