Perhaps AI doesn't use feelings and racism for the AI is simply a data comparison?

What is biased about it? Because he was of different etnicity?
If you run the numbers you will get the same results but somehow AI is racist
The "bias" you are talking about is raw data the AI was fed and had a future predicting conclusion based on the FACTS
