The biggest problems it's not AI itself, wich is a dreamy technology. Imagine if could actually create from the nature around it, use it senses just like a human artists does. Sadly it doesnt work that way, and the people who use it use all the excuses and toxicity they can get to discourage artists to keep working and get away with their stealing.
