Any artist, given the same tools and enough time, has the potential to recreate their piece, or something very close to it. You can even learn from that artist yourself. This is not something you can do with AI, because most of the work did not, in fact, come from the person who typed the prompt. Ask the same AI the same thing twice and you will never get the same result, ask it how it did it and you will not receive information that you can learn from, because there is no technique involved.
