This is… false, a person will not replace themselves the US government is based on the people not the money, if a government fails to serve its purpose it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it. Anyone can easily handle this, AI has other issues that will stop it from taking management over, and what happens to the board do they get replaced a board wont replace itself.
