The title is doing a *LOT* of heavy lifting for a story that is basically "Man with pre-existing psychosis uses chatbot to confirm his own delusions." The AI didn't cook his brain; he was already marinating in paranoia & sodium bromide long before he opened the prompt. He would have found this recipe on a 2004 forum if the AI didn't exist. The negative anion gap science is fascinating, but this fear-mongering framing is pure clown shoes.
