Your problem is that it's unavoidable.
Even with the new version that you don't mention (trained on non-copyrighted images).
If someone wants your style, all they have to do is imitate/buy a few images from you and they will legally train a model that will provide them with endless images. No matter which way you take the problem, it always ends the same way.
Embrace technology, put your ego aside. If people like art created by an AI inspired by your work. It's because they like your work! And Greg Rutkowski for example has gained a lot of popularity thanks to AI.
Photography has not affected the great painters, even less those who sometimes imitate them to perfection.
Who knows? Maybe cheap access to AI-generated art will make human art rarer, and therefore more expensive. Maybe in the future you could make your art less accessible, and take advantage of the AI by selling your style by making for example themed galleries, each in a different model. This way you could sell your art and it would spread at lightning speed.
