God said in the Bible, that there would be a "technology" that will control the population of the Earth in areas of purchases, selling, doing business on the basis of political preferences. So if I do not do what the "ruler" (the one who controls that technology ) wants, I will be disengaged from the "network" and I will be disconnected from the world.
