10:21 The only way to keep AI from getting out of control and being able to be controlled has to do with you is making the controls. These AI tools are adapting to the mindset and energy of its creators. As long as those people lack empathy and compassion, those tools are going to get out of control. The only remedy is to train and hire empathetic engineers, which are rare and hard to find. So, we are likely headed to the end with these tools.
