Anyone who has programmed something has worked with Artificial Intelligence, which is basically something as simple as having an object in a maze move in a certain pattern and on its own...
So yes, jets, tanks and nuclear weapons were programmed with functions to do things on their own with the pressing of a button, AI does exist and MrGnarus was only pointing out your ignorance.
