Artist get inspiration from other artist, they don't steal other artist artstyle they take bits and pieces so it still uniquely them. If you look at manga and anime art style their under the same category but clearly all of them have certain individuality despite the artstyle being manga. Meanwhile Ai art plagiarise existing art and taking bits and pieces without the permission of artist. It's close to tracing, plagiarism and recolouring other people drawing and claiming it their own. Basically taboo in the art community
