The company I work for uses AI to answer customer complaints and issues and let me tell you.... Ive heard the recordings and its pretty funny and sad how frustrated customers get.
Much worse for them that in order to get a "human" response they have to email us and wait for 3 weeks for a response.
I'm already looking for another job.
