Well I am not SWE but a core engineer well what he is telling and we are observing in field of AI is pure EVIL .. LET ME EXPLAIN 1. 1947 World created atomic bomb and after knowing it's power we put restrictions on it because we know the consequences but come to now 2. Now we have this AI bomb - AI we are using is unregulated there is no body around globe who restrict what to do and what not to unless we face same incident like hiroshima with AI now each person in earth. Just think what AI is capable of but no one interested what resources it is taking we already experiencing environmental challenges and now if we put to and tons of AI data center we will not only run out job but also run out of our basic need ai need 24×4 electricity ,water,,land and periodic hardware replacement and with current computing system it is ineffective product more heat and proved less effective . So yes you can run AI but soon it will face backlash not for job from nt but on environmental front when these center start running out of electricity ,water ,and other resources the founder go and hide in depth . It is high time to not build new advance AI system but to build policies around it or it will like atomic bomb which will kill our humanity in future
